We only use products that are non-toxic and made from naturally derived ingredients such as Bon Ami, Seventh Generation, Dr. Bronner’s Pure Castile Soap and Sal Suds, Murphy Oil Soap, & vinegar.

No problem. Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. When a client cancels at the last minute, we still have to compensate our cleaning service team. When we schedule your cleaning, we reserve that time for you and for you alone. If a client cancels the day before a scheduled service, we charge a $35 fee.

If a client cancels on the same day of a scheduled service, we charge a $50 fee.

If a client cancels after our cleaning team arrives at the home or office for the scheduled service, we charge a $80 fee.

No, you can let the team in and they will lock up after themselves. 

You can leave your keys in a lockbox with a combination to relay to us. 

You also have the option of providing keys to our team members. We do not attach identifying information to your keys as part of our commitment to safety In the unlikely event that we lose your keys, we will contact you immediately.

We provide all of the supplies and equipment needed to do the job.

If you have something special that you would like us to use, please notify our office so that we may train our staff properly – as long as the product is nontoxic!

Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m
Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m

At Professional Eco Cleaning, the health and safety of your family is our priority. That’s why we’ve implemented these safety protocols:

  • We’ve added an alcohol-based disinfectant to our cleaning tools to make your home as safe and germ-free as possible by disinfecting all high-touch areas such as countertops, light switches, doorknobs, etc.
  • Employees will always wear face masks while on any worksite
  • Our cleaning team is instructed to wash their hands thoroughly and change into a fresh pair of gloves when switching between tasks. The team is also equipped with sanitizer for their arms and hands. They will sanitize before and after entering/exiting any worksite.
  • Our cleaning team will always wear gloves upon entrance to any home or office.
  • We pledge to do our part to stop the spread of the COVID-19 virus.

We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, cash, or Venmo as forms of payment. Each service must be paid in full immediately after completion.

We require you to provide us with a credit/debit card to keep on file when booking. If you wish to pay with another method we will not charge your card. If we do not receive payment within 24 hours of you having received an invoice we will charge the full amount on the card provided.
